Experiences outside of the classroom are powerful and enrichment opportunities are one of the ways to cultivate the whole child. Exploration of interests can awaken passions and future possibilities; perhaps you have a budding artist, a future scientist or an engineer. Unless we allow these talents to be explored, it may become an untapped potential.

In 2009, Tracey founded Camp Imagination: a summer enrichment program for students in 1st-9th grades. Her goal was to offer her community engaging and affordable opportunities. She began with 11 teachers and 100 students, and by  2018, she employed 35 teachers and serviced over 600 students. Tracey built a sustainable economic structure which could overcome the ups and downs of school funding.

In 2010, Tracey  founded a high school robotics competition team with the belief that it is our mission to directly impact the lives of our students by creating an environment that encourages high levels of problem-solving and risk taking. This high-tech education allows for the development of real world skills through a series of challenges. Together they learn:

  • The art of communication and collaboration

  • To be accountable

  • To persevere

  • To be solution generators and not problem admirers

Our vision can be to create sustainable programming that reaches all students and provides an environment where celebrations of intellect occur on a daily basis as students become aware of the power within themselves!
